Project Overview
Boaz Construction is developing a versatile 1-acre site in the Avondale Meadows neighborhood of Indianapolis, IN. The project features a CMU and PEMB small bay warehouse building, which can be configured as a single approximately 13,000 SF suite or divided into three roughly 4,300 SF suites.
Each suite includes a small office, restroom, and large overhead drive-in doors, with provisions for adding a steel mezzanine to accommodate the demands of today’s small businesses. Completion of this flexible and modern commercial space is anticipated in the 3rd quarter of 2024.
