AMG LTAC Hospital

(currently underway)

Project Overview

Boaz Construction is currently developing a 20,000 square foot AMG Specialty LTAC Hospital at Hancock Hospital in Greenfield, IN. This 10-month project includes 23 patient rooms along with essential support spaces for AMG staff, nursing, and pharmacy operations.
Given its location above a fully operational Cath Lab and Emergency Room, the project requires level IV ICRA protocols to ensure the highest level of infection control and patient safety. Our team is working in close coordination with hospital staff to uphold stringent life safety measures while maintaining hospital operations.

Key project components include the integration of nurse call systems, medical gas alarms, data and IT systems, overhead paging, and a pneumatic tube system designed to expedite the fast delivery of lab results and medications. Additionally, our team is executing 20 separate mobilizations to safely install and tie into critical building systems below, demonstrating our commitment to interim life safety measures and operational continuity.
At Boaz Construction, we take pride in delivering complex healthcare projects with precision, ensuring hospitals can continue providing the highest level of care while we work.
