The Garden Table’s first location in Indy’s arts district of Broad Ripple had previously been a retail space since it’s construction in the late 90’s. Because of this, a full kitchen buildout was required, including a change in zoning and a plethora of permits, which Boaz Construction handled in conjunction with the architect.
Boaz Construction worked closely with ownership, architects, city and state governing boards, subcontractors, kitchen designers and equipment installers to transform the space into a functional commercial restaurant with the charm that Broad Ripple patrons have become accustomed to.
